Abstract
尿潴留是指膀胱充满尿液不能自行排出,是肛肠疾病术后常见的并发症之一,其发生率高达12％～52％[1].麻醉、手术刺激、疼痛及肛门术后肛内填塞过多纱布引起肛门坠胀等均易导致膀胱颈及尿道括约肌痉挛,或导致膀胱平滑肌收缩无力,引起反射性排尿困难和尿潴留.笔者根据尿潴留发生的原因,在肛肠病术后早期使用雷火灸预防尿潴留效果较佳,现报道如下.
