民间处理鸡眼常常直接用锐器将其挑破,然而糖尿病患者足部血液循环差,若直接挑破容易感染,伤口会继发扩大形成坏疽.现介绍1则民间验方:用丁香、生半夏(或法半夏)、肉桂各5 g,研末,温水调成稠膏,敷贴于患处,外盖纱布,胶布固定.同时嘱患者换用宽大鞋子及柔软鞋垫.本方法疗效确切,值得推广.
