刚地弓形虫是一种细胞内寄生的机会致病性原虫,可入侵机体各种脏器,导致各型弓形虫病.免疫力正常人群感染弓形虫多呈隐性感染,弓形虫病发病者一般具有先行病症导致免疫缺陷或免疫力低下,临床表现复杂,症状和体征缺乏特异性,不易鉴别,易造成误诊.本文对近年来我国较常见的弓形虫病误诊现状及其研究进展作一综述.
