Abstract
microRNA(miRNA)是一类19～24nt左右的内源性单链非编码RNA,其可与特定的mRNA结合,从而抑制靶mRNA的翻译或导致靶mRNA降解,在寄生虫生长发育、形态性别分化、营养代谢及致病等过程中发挥着至关重要的基因表达调控作用.虽然目前寄生虫miRNA的相关研究已取得新进展,但参与寄生虫与宿主相互作用的关键miRNA尚乏报道.本文就近年来寄生虫miRNA的研究进展作一综述,以期为寄生虫致病机制等的深入研究提供思路.
