Abstract
心肌细胞损伤后释放的心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ (cTnⅠ)会诱导机体免疫系统产生抗cTnⅠ自身抗体(cTnⅠAAb).cTnIAAb会干扰cTnⅠ的检测,影响临床对心肌损伤疾病的判断.cTnIAAb广泛存在于各种心肌疾病中,但cTnIAAb与心肌疾病的发生和预后的关系尚存在争议,cTnIAAb的致病机制尚未完全明确.本文就有关cTnIAAb研究的近期进展作一综述.
