Abstract
目的 探讨使用国产血凝管和美国BD真空血凝管对血栓弹力图(TEG)各检测参数的影响.方法 比较采用浙江康是公司和美国BD公司生产的两种真空抗凝管检测TEG各个参数的差异.结果 经配对资料非参数秩和检验,TEG结果中的凝血反应时间(R值)、最大振幅(MA值)、MA后30min振幅减少百分率(LY30)参数差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).凝血形成时间(K值)、凝固角(Angle角)2个参数结果的差异无统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 不同品牌血凝管对TEG结果检测有一定的影响,建议各个实验窒确立自己TEG的参考范围.
