两种分析仪检测β-HCG的比对结果

Abstract
目的 探讨两种分析仪测定β-HCG结果的可比性,为本结果的一致性提供依据.方法 分别用雅培Architecti1000与西门子Dimension XPand测定β-HCG,依据CLSI的EP9-A2文件规定,以Architect i1000为比较方法,以Dimension XPand为实验方法,进行比对试验.结果 两种分析仪结果间均呈良好的线性关系,其相关系数r均大于0.975,相对偏倚小于可接受限(20％).结论 两种分析仪可以用来检测β-HCG,两种分析仪间检验结果有良好的相关性.
