白细胞介素8(interleukin-8,IL-8)对特异性和非特异性的免疫反应细胞具有趋化作用,尤其对于中性粒细胞的趋化作用和激活作用明显[1].通过对慢性支气管炎患者在急性期和临床控制期中血清、痰与诱导痰内IL-8含量水平的检测分析,以研究其临床及应用意义.
