Abstract
胃癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,预后判断较差.虽然近几年其发病和死亡率呈下降趋势,但迄今仍是死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤.由于胃癌早期临床表现不典型,目前的肿瘤标志物在胃癌的检测中常常是非特异性的,因此胃癌的早期诊断和治疗有一定的困难.本文通过对39例胃癌患者和22名正常人血清CA19-9的测定,分析其在胃癌诊断和预后判断中的作用.
