Abstract
局灶节段性肾小球硬化(focal segmental glomerulosclerosis,FSGS)是一种常见的病理学病变,代表疾病进展的开始.FSGS对IgA肾病(IgA nephropathy,IgAN)的治疗与预后均有影响.IgAN是导致继发性FSGS的常见重要原因.FSGS可能继发于肾小球炎症或坏死的病变,也可能是足细胞损伤的结果.本文研究FSGS的病理分类以及IgAN的牛津分型,探讨二者对于的IgAN FSGS的临床及预后的预测.
