骨代谢是指骨中的细胞不停地进行细胞代谢,骨组织细胞之间存在相互作用,骨髓中的红细胞生成细胞、基质细胞也存在相互作用,以进行骨的改建和重建.尿酸是一种体内嘌呤代谢的最终产物,近年来人体内血尿酸水平与心血管事件、中枢系统疾病、代谢综合征、骨代谢异常等疾病的关系备受关注.目前尿酸对骨代谢的影响并不明确.
