阿帕替尼治疗涎腺恶性肿瘤病例报告并文献复习

Abstract
阿帕替尼是一种小分子酪氨酸激酶抑制剂,能够高度选择性地结合并抑制血管内皮生长因子受体-2.目前,靶向治疗在涎腺肿瘤治疗中的应用较少.武汉大学人民医院收治1例涎腺肿瘤患者确诊后口服阿帕替尼,服药1个多月后复查CT,与治疗前对比,原发病灶及转移灶较前明显缩小,证实患者服用药物有效.同时在治疗过程中,针对药物的不良反应积极治疗,在保证药物疗效的同时,提高患者用药的安全性.该病例患者的诊治经过为晚期恶性涎腺肿瘤的治疗提供了一种新的思路和指导.
