阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)患者常伴有不同程度的认知功能障碍,其认知功能下降的程度与OSAS的严重程度呈非线性关系.影响OSAS患者认知功能的关键因素是睡眠片段和夜间低氧血症.持续气道内正压通气(continuous positive airway Pressure,CPAP)是治疗OSAS的有效手段.
