Abstract
慢性丙型病毒性肝炎是我国常见的病毒性肝炎之一,可通过于扰素或者直接抗病毒药物治愈,但获得持续病毒学应答(sustained virological response,SVR)后仍有一部分患者发展为肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC),本文对慢性丙型病毒性肝炎SVR后临床出现的若干问题进行讨论,认为即使获得SVR的患者,尤其是肝硬化患者,仍需定期随访和观察.
