Abstract
近年来,程序性死亡分子1(programmed death-1,PD-1)及程序性死亡分子配体1(programmed death-ligand 1,PD-L1)结合所产生的免疫逃避作用成为乳腺癌治疗的新靶点.明确PD-L1在乳腺癌中的表达情况可以为是否采取免疫治疗提供依据,我们分析乳腺癌中肿瘤细胞和间质淋巴细胞中PD-L1的表达及其临床病理特征,并比较原发灶与淋巴结转移灶中PD-L1的表达差异.
