Abstract
弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)与伯基特淋巴瘤(BL)同属于侵袭性B细胞淋巴瘤,但是疾病的进展及预后差异较大,与BL相比DLBCL具有较好的5年生存率[1].抑制因子3(ID3)属于分化抑制因子家族中的一员,通常ID3抑制细胞 增殖,是抑癌因子[2].当ID3发生突变时则缩短细胞周期、促进细胞增殖,ID3在BL中常发生突变.
