Abstract
丹皮酚为中药牡丹皮的主要药理活性成分,目前药理研究表明丹皮酚具有抗菌、免疫调节、抗肿瘤等作用.近年来,关于丹皮酚抗肿瘤的研究成为热点,发现丹皮酚对多种肿瘤细胞均有抑制增殖、诱导凋亡的作用,同时还发现丹皮酚可以增强肿瘤细胞对放化疗的敏感性.现将目前关于丹皮酚抗肿瘤作用的研究进展综述如下,以期更深入地了解丹皮酚的抗肿瘤作用.
