口腔按摩刺激对早产儿经口喂养效果的影响观察

Abstract
目的 观察口腔按摩刺激对早产儿经口喂养效果的影响.方法 采用随机数字表法将60例患儿分为干预组和对照组各30例,干预组在常规护理基础上予口腔按摩刺激,对照组予常规护理.观察2组患儿喂养不耐受例数、胃管拔除时间、喂养过渡时间和住院天数.结果 干预组患儿的喂养不耐受、胃管拔除时间、喂养过渡时间和住院天数均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 口腔按摩刺激能改善早产儿的经口喂养发育和吸吮能力.
