Abstract
目的 探讨弥散性泛细支气管炎的高分辨率CT(HRCT)表现,以提高早期诊断准确率.方法 回顾性分析10例经临床或病理证实的弥散性泛细支气管炎患者的CT影像学资料.结果 10例均呈弥散性分布,10例弥散性分布结节影、“树芽征”,9例小支气管扩张,6例结节间“空气潴留征”,3例见黏液栓.结论 弥散性泛细支气管炎HRCT表现有一定的特征性.
