Abstract
PD-1已被证实在肠黏膜细胞中高表达,与其配体结合后可通过激活初始T淋巴细胞、抑制活化的效应T淋巴细胞及调节细胞因子的分泌等参与肠黏膜炎症的发生过程,当阻断PD-1/PD-L通路时,肠黏膜炎症减轻.炎症性肠病是一种病因尚不清楚的慢性肠道非特异性炎症性疾病.研究发现肠道黏膜免疫平衡失调在其发病过程中占有重要地位,尤其是肠黏膜T淋巴细胞的免疫调节失衡可导致促炎介质的释放、促炎细胞的聚集和组织的破坏.由此,推断PD-1/PD-L通路可作为治疗炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)的新靶点.
