甲状腺乳头状癌伴鳞状细胞癌一例

Abstract
患者女,79岁,发现左侧颈前肿块1个月,无疼痛,无高代谢及压迫等,自觉肿块缓慢增大,于2015年8月29日入住东阳市人民医院甲乳外科.甲状腺彩色多普勒检查提示:左侧腺体内可见一个低回声结节,约31mm×22mm,边界清楚,内部回声不均匀、血流信号丰富,余腺体回声均匀;左侧颈部可探及多枚大小不等低回声团块,较大一枚约11mm×10mm,形态不规则;部分淋巴门未显示,皮髓质结构消失,血流显像显示团块内血供丰富.
