Abstract
以咯血为首发表现的系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)并不多见,同时并发抗磷脂综合征(antiphospholipid syndrome,APS)者更少.除了容易误诊、漏诊以外,该病在临床中常面临诸多的矛盾,尤其以免疫抑制与感染、血栓与出血的矛盾更为突出,且常出现病情反复,治疗相对困难.现将一例以反复咯血为首发表现的SLE并APS报道如下.
