结缔组织病(connective tissue disease,CTD)患者是结核菌感染的易患人群,其感染后多表现为肺结核、结核性浆膜炎(胸膜炎、心包炎和腹膜炎)、结核性脑膜炎,骨和关节结核极少见[1-].本文现将1例原发性干燥综合征(primary Sjoegren's Syndrome,pSS)患者出现活动性肺结核和胸锁关节结核报道如下.
