Abstract
microRNA(miRNA)是一种小的非编码RNA,它可以导致靶基因的mRNA降解或翻译抑制.活性氧(ROS)是氧化还原的主要活性产物,在生物体内ROS涉及多种信号通路来调控细胞内环境稳态,细胞中ROS水平失调与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关.在人脑胶质瘤的发生和发展过程中,miRNA和ROS分别可以影响细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭、迁移和放疗和化疗敏感性,并且miRNA也参与了ROS的调控作用.所以,了解miRNA对ROS的作用机制有助于为脑胶质瘤制定新的治疗策略.
