胰岛素抵抗和慢性炎性反应密切相关. 控制炎性反应的发生与发展有助于改善胰岛素抵抗. 近期发现ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸的衍生物消退素D1( resolvin D1,RVD1)是一类新型的抗炎介质. 其对胰岛素抵抗是否有改善作用仍不清楚,本研究探讨RVD1对2型糖尿病( T2DM)小鼠胰岛素抵抗的作用及其机制.
