Abstract
目的 研究Notch和HES蛋白表达在大鼠静脉桥狭窄中的作用.方法 将大鼠颈外静脉移植至颈总动脉建立静脉桥移植模型,术后随机分为对照组、DAPT组和DMSO组,在术后28 d收集移植静脉,行HE染色后分别观察静脉壁中层厚度和PCNA阳性指数,用Western blot测定Notch1和HES1蛋白的表达.结果 Notch和HES蛋白在静脉桥狭窄中的表达显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).同时与安慰剂DMSO相比,DAPT不但能够显著抑制Notch和HES蛋白表达,也可显著抑制vSMCs增生(P＜0.05).结论 抑制Notch信号蛋白可以缓解静脉桥狭窄.
