180例男性不育患者Y染色体微缺失的检测分析

Abstract
目的 探讨深圳地区男性不育患者Y染色体微缺失的特点,为临床进行男性不育的诊断及治疗提供理论依据.方法 选取2015年1月-2016年1月来我院就诊的180例无精或者严重少精的患者,采用两管多重PCR扩增,4个通道(FAM/VIC/ROX/Cy5)荧光定量检测的方法,判断AZFa、AZFb、AZFc 3个区域,6个序列标签位点的微缺失.结果180例无精或者严重少精的患者中,18例为AZFc缺失,检出率为10.0%,2例为AZFb+c缺失,检出率为1.1%,两组检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在深圳地区AZFc缺失发生率最高.
