Abstract
Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLR)是一种模式识别受体(pattern recognition receptor,PRR),主要识别来源于微生物的具有保守结构的病原体相关分子模式(pathogen-associated molecular patterns,PAMP),激发机体的免疫反应,在机体抗病原体感染中发挥重要作用.最早在果蝇体内发现TLR,迄今为止在哺乳动物中已发现13种TLR,在人类至少发现10种TLR,包括TLR1～ 10[1].
