Abstract
目的 探讨前列腺癌特异性基因的相关功能和通路.方法 收集前列腺癌组织标本进行基因芯片分析,从结果中取差异倍数≥1.5并P≤0.05的基因通过特异性通路分析(IPA),鉴别所有差异表达基因的功能和通路.结果 由芯片数据得到769个上调基因和675个下调基因,得到基因功能差异最大的10个通路.结论 本研究的数据提供了前列腺癌的候选基因,为寻找新的肿瘤生物学指标、风险因素和治疗靶点提供帮助.
