Abstract
1998年Tatemoto等[1]首次提取并纯化的Apelin是孤儿G蛋白偶联受体APJ(angiotensinⅡprotein J)的内源性配体,在组织中分布广泛.Apelin的表达异常与心力衰竭的发生发展密切相关,在人类和动物的研究中均显示补充Apelin能够改善心功能.近来Apelin在心力衰竭中的作用被广泛关注,本文就其最新进展做一综述.
