Abstract
患者男性,83岁,因胸闷及呼吸短促2周入院.CT示左胸腔大量积液及左肺局灶肺不张(图1).影像学示左肾见一大小10 cm×12 cm不均质的肿物,伴大片出血、坏死.CT诊断为囊性病变,考虑恶性肿瘤;左侧胸腔积液及肺不张.为缓解症状,行左侧胸腔穿刺,取胸水送生化检查.胸水CEA为24 ng/mL,胸水LDH为562 U/L.细菌培养未见阳性菌.
