Abstract
患者61岁,绝经10余年,因不规则阴道流血2年入院.妇科检查:子宫平后位,正常大小,无压痛,双侧附件区未触及明显包块.临床诊断:子宫内膜增生症,子宫肌瘤.行子宫及双侧附件切除术,术中见左侧卵巢大小4 cm×4 cm×3 cm,左侧输卵管无异常.术中冷冻病理诊断:(左卵巢)考虑为硬化性间质瘤.
