感染性克隆技术是在分子病毒学研究领域兴起一门新型技术,即在病毒的遗传物质水平研究其复制机制和致病机理,并拯救病毒。构建戊型肝炎病毒(hepatitis E virus, HEV)感染性克隆是对 HEV 实施反向遗传操作技术的前提和基础,文章综述了 HEV 感染性克隆的构建策略、方法及应用。
