随着干细胞和人类遗传学研究的发展,患者特异细胞和组织模型已逐步进入到应用阶段.本文概述了在心血管疾病遗传模型方面利用多能干细胞的途径,包括ES细胞系的基因修饰,特异疾病iPS细胞的生成,先祖细胞的分离扩增等.以有效的方式利用这些干细胞模型,将推动疾病机理和药物治疗研究.
