Abstract
脾硬化性血管瘤样结节性转化(sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation of the spleen,SANT)最初由Martel等[1]2004年报道,从这一概念提出到目前为止国内外总共报道不足100例.SANT是一种少见的良性增生性病变,但是详细的发病机制仍不清楚.现就我院2例SANT病例,对其病理特征、免疫组化形态及研究进展进行讨论,旨在提高对该病的认识.
