硬化性肺泡细胞瘤的CT表现及鉴别诊断

Abstract
目的 分析硬化性肺泡细胞瘤(PSP)的螺旋CT表现,提高其诊断准确率.方法 回顾性分析23例经病理证实的PSP(25个病灶)的临床及胸部CT资料.结果 CT平扫均表现为肺内单发圆形或类圆形结节或肿块,2例可见浅分叶,13例密度均匀,5例伴点状钙化;增强扫描大多呈中度至明显强化,15例增强扫描患者中,10例呈明显均匀或不均匀强化.伴随征象主要有贴边血管征9例,病变周围晕征2例,空气新月征1例,尾征1例.结论 PSP的CT表现具有良性肿瘤特点,形态分布、强化方式及伴随征象有一定的特征性,综合分析其CT征象有助于提高诊断准确率.
