Abstract
目的观察老年人血小板内钙浓度([Ca2+]i)的变化.方法以Fura/AM为荧光指示剂,采用荧光分光光度计测定分离的老年及成年人血小板内[Ca2+]i.结果在细胞外钙为1mmol·L-1的情况下,静息状态老年人血小板[Ca2+]i及对高钾除极化的反应均明显低于青年对照组(P<0.01),高钾使血小板内[Ca2+]i增加的绝对值在老年人与青年人间无明显差异(P>0.05).结论老年人血小板[Ca2+]i降低,但在相同情况下老年人血小板胞内钙超载更加明显,从而较青年人更易发生细胞的损害.
