Abstract
目的:探索甲基萘醌-4(MK-4)在少突胶质细胞缺氧环境中的作用.方法:建立少突胶质细胞缺氧模型,并给予MK-4,CCK-8检测细胞活性变化;二氢乙锭染色检测细胞活性氧(ROS)释放情况;qRT-PCR检测炎症因子白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及生长停滞特异性蛋白6(Gas6)mRNA表达变化.结果:MK-4可显著提高缺氧少突胶质细胞的活性,减少ROS的释放,下调IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α等炎症因子的表达,促进Gas6的表达.结论:MK-4对少突胶质细胞缺氧性损伤具有保护作用.
