尺神经手背支高位起点变异一例

Abstract
笔者在对1例老年男性标本的解剖时发现左尺神经手背支起点明显较高,现报道如下.
福尔马林溶液固定标本,男性,年龄,身高不详.尺神经在前臂远侧2/3部走行于尺动脉尺侧.在距尺骨茎突上缘101.92mm,髁茎连线19.82mm处发出尺神经手背支,于尺侧腕屈肌深面下行,距尺骨茎突上方13.14mm,髁茎连线7.10 mm处浅出转向手背,在腕关节处分出3支皮神经.
