总结了1例心脏淀粉样变性梅奥Ⅳ期患者行自体外周血干细胞移植的护理经验.对患者进行严密的围术期护理,根据患者心脏梅奥分期,制订个体化护理方案,改进苯丙胺酸氮芥及干细胞输注方式,加强粒细胞缺乏期感染、出血的护理及心律失常的监护,患者外周血干细胞移植成功,顺利出院,随访2.5个月,效果良好.
