Abstract
目的:探讨肠造口术前定位的方法,提高术后自我护理效果.方法:对95例肠造口择期手术患者进行术前定位的回顾分析.结果:乙状结肠造口83例,回肠造口8例,横结肠造口4例;预计造口位置与实际造口位置相符合7例(7.37%),需要调整88例(92.63%).结论:造口应位于腹直肌处,并避开皮肤皱褶、脐、手术切口、骨性突起部.患者应能看见造口且不影响衣服穿戴.
