口腔黏膜细胞易于收集、储存,与外界环境因素有恒定的接触,并具有外源物代谢活性.人口腔黏膜微核细胞组分析(BMcyt)广泛应用于监测机体微营养素状态,能够体现生活方式、遗传毒物对DNA结构与功能、细胞增殖和细胞死亡的影响.本文综述了BMcyt技术的进展及其在遗传损伤和相关疾病风险评价中的应用.
