Abstract
2016年3月至4月,北京市连续报告5例输入性黄热病病例,均为从安哥拉输入.其中首例病例为中国第一次报道黄热病输入性病例.输入病例全部为男性,年龄最小29岁,最大50岁;职业分别为经商人员、公司雇员和建设人员.5例病例出现不同程度的肝肾损害,首例病例死亡,存活病例中1例有黄热病疫苗接种史.嗜肝性是黄热病毒的重要特征,从流行区归国一周内出现发热伴肝功能损害需警惕黄热病.
