Abstract
富含亮氨酸重复序列和免疫球蛋白结构域的Nogo受体作用蛋白-1 (Lingo-1)在神经元与少突胶质细胞修复、神经突延长、轴突再生等过程中,通过NgR/p75/Lingo-1或NgR/TROY/Lingo-1、WNK1、Myt1与Myt11等通路发挥明确的负性调节作用,阻断Lingo-1及其通路可促进损伤的中枢神经系统再生,提示Lingo-1有可能成为治疗神经精神系统疾病的新靶点.
