Abstract
脓毒症心肌病是由脓毒症导致的可逆性心功能不全,可明显增加脓毒症患者的死亡率.因此,全面认识脓毒症心肌病的发病机制对其诊断、治疗及改善脓毒症患者的死亡率具有重要的意义.本文将简要综述脓毒症心肌病的特点、发病机制及最近的研究进展,尤其是炎症因子在其中的作用,以便对脓毒症心肌病有更加全面深刻的认识.
