Abstract
目的 探讨不同剂量的黄芪多糖对小鼠B 16-BL6黑色素瘤肺转移的影响及机制.方法 采用B 16-BL6小鼠人工肺转移模型研究不同剂量黄芪多糖对黑色素瘤肺转移的影响;测量给药后小鼠免疫器官指数的变化探讨其可能的机制.结果 高剂量组的黄芪多糖能够显著抑制小鼠B16-BL6黑色素瘤肺转移,并能增加小鼠脾脏指数.结论 高剂量黄芪多糖可能通过增强免疫达到抗黑色素瘤细胞肺转移的作用.
