单钳道内镜下荷包缝合术在胃底剥离术并发穿孔中的应用

Abstract
目的 观察使用单钳道内镜下荷包缝合法处理胃底间质瘤剥离时发生穿孔的闭合效果.方法 15例来源胃底固有肌层的间质瘤病例,瘤体长径1.5～3.0 cm,行内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)中发生穿孔,单钳道内镜下荷包缝合法闭合创面.结果 15例患者均成功闭合创面,耗时10～15 min,未出现严重并发症.结论 单钳道内镜下荷包缝合法处理胃底ESD伴随的穿孔,方法简便有效.
