Abstract
透明质酸合酶(HAS)是分布于质膜上的一种能够特异性作用于透明质酸(HA)合成过程中的双功能糖基转移酶,它可能通过抑制凋亡、促进细胞粘附及上皮间质转换(EMT)、增加O-GlcNAc糖基化修饰等机制参与大肠癌、乳腺癌、前列腺癌、卵巢癌等多种肿瘤的发生发展和侵袭、转移过程,其表达可能与肿瘤病人的预后相关.目前HAS成为了肿瘤机制研究、肿瘤治疗靶点选择及评估预后的热点问题.
