认知重评团体辅导对失能老人护理员焦虑抑郁的影响

Abstract
目的 探讨认知重评团体辅导对失能老人护理员焦虑抑郁及情绪调节策略的影响.方法 将61例失能老人护理员以分层随机法分为观察组31例和对照组30例,分别采用认知重评团体辅导及支持性心理护理.结果 干预8周后,观察组焦虑、抑郁、情绪调节的表达抑制维度得分显著低于对照组,情绪调节的认知重评维度得分显著高于对照组(均P＜0.01).结论 认知重评团体辅导可有效减轻失能老人护理员的焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善其情绪调节策略.
