Abstract
目的 提高护士满意度、改善护理服务质量及患者满意度.方法 构建护士岗位管理体系,将护士分为N0~N5级,按职级上岗,按劳取酬,设置专业能力、工资待遇、职业发展进阶,实施1年后评价效果.结果 实施护士岗位管理后,护士满意度、护理质量及患者满意度显著高于实施前(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 对全院护理人员实施岗位管理,有助于护理队伍建设,使护士的付出与薪酬、待遇相匹配,更好地调动护士工作积极性,从而提高护理质量,提升患者满意度.
